How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location once your order is shipped. Please note, Swyft and UPS carriers in Canada and the USA do not deliver to P.O Boxes while CP and USPS do.

Greater Toronto Area: Same day or up to 5 business days

Canada and USA: 2-7 Business Days

International: 5-12 Business Days

Shipping times may take longer than normal due to carrier delays and as a result, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. For the most accurate information on when your package will arrive, please reference your tracking link once the order has shipped.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and may be used online. We do not replace any lost or stolen gift cards.

what is my size?

Our products fit true to size, but you can find item-specific sizing info on each product page (just click “Size Guide”). Please feel free to reach out If you have any specific questions, and we will do our best to find the right fit for you!

how much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders $70+ in Canada, the US & international orders. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $15 CAD to Canada & US. A flat rate of $20 CAD to other countries. We currently ship to Canada, USA and Gulf countries.

For international orders, JK Store is not responsible for any duty/custom fees.

How do I best wash and care for my products ?

Machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry is our recommended way of taking care of your garment - by doing this, you’ll best preserve the lifespan of the garment.

If you can’t get around throwing your clothes in the dryer, just keep in mind that all-natural fibres, without chemical treatment, are prone to shrinkage — ours will shrink between 3-5%.

You can wash the clothes in warm water as well (30°C) if your clothes are really dirty, we just prefer cold water as it saves on electricity.

Where are your products manufactured?

With Canadian design and consumer product standards, our products are made in Egypt. We ensure authenticity of Giza Egyptian cotton through deep connections established with farmers in Egypt. We work directly with certified facilities that ensure safe and healthy conditions and fair wages.

How can I track my order?

We send a confirmation, along with a tracking number and link to your email once we receive your order and process it. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility. In most cases we ship your order using Canada Post.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Our packaging is minimal and eco-friendly! We package all online orders in recycled mailers with recyclable tissue. 

Return policy

We guarantee a full refund within 20 days from original delivery date for regular priced items within North America. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return labels to US orders.

Product being returned, must be in original condition with tags attached.

If you are wishing to exchange your order, feel free to place a new order and return your original order for a refund. Your order will be refunded once it arrives back to our warehouse and has been processed in our system.

Canadian orders are delivered with a free shipping return label. All US orders will be issued a full refund once their package is returned. To process a return for an online order, please use the store chat at the bottom left or email info@jkstore.ca Should your original purchase include a discount or promotion, our Customer Experience Team will be happy to assist you with your new order!

For any online purchases shipped with Swyft (same day or next day delivery within the Greater Toronto Area, Canada), please email info@jkstore.ca to have your return label issued.

JK Store reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
