How many days do I have to return or exchange an item?
All US and Canada orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 20 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time we cannot offer free return postage options for US customers.
We don't cover missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you. Contact us at email@example.com if you entered a wrong address while completing your order to update the shipping information.
How do I request a return?
Please submit your return request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the store chat at any time, and we’ll be sure to help. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to Canadian orders only. For damaged/defective items please see below.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team at email@example.com or use the store chat and we will take care of getting you a replacement right away.
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
After we receive notification your return has been shipped (via tracking), we will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
After the return shipment is updated with carrier tracking, we will credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank before it will appear on your bank, credit card, or other payment method statement. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.
Will you provide me with a shipping label?
Yes, Canadian orders receive a prepaid return label for refunds and exchanges. We can't offer prepaid return labels to US orders; however, their exchange will be shipped without any additional cost once the package is returned.
What if I entered the wrong address?
While we are limited to changes on an order after it has been placed, we will make every effort to fix this if the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. Please contact us immediately.
We will also make every effort to get your order to you. You may, however, be responsible for shipping costs for the reshipment of your item(s).
What if I am a US customer?
US and Canada orders are eligible for returns (subject to our Return & Exchange Policy). Please keep in mind we are unable to refund duties or shipping fees collected. We can't provide prepaid return label to US orders at this time.
